David Quigley is a seasoned legal executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate law, regulatory strategy, and organizational leadership. He earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, also with honors, from Seton Hall University.Over the course of his career, David has built and led legal functions within complex, multi-state organizations, overseeing corporate governance, compliance, risk management, transactional strategy, and regulatory affairs. He has been instrumental in supporting national growth initiatives, developing scalable legal infrastructure, and navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.A strategic, business-oriented advisor, David works closely with executive leadership to align legal frameworks with long-term operational and growth objectives. His expertise includes healthcare law, corporate structuring, M&A strategy, contract negotiation, and enterprise risk management. He currently serves as Chief Legal Officer of Dental Care Alliance.
